James & Wanda have secured a room block from May 14th - May 20th, 2026.

There is a four (4) night minimum stay requirement for this hotel property. If you would like to reserve a room outside this room block, please reach out to our travel advisor, Latonya.

Please book only one room at a time. Important details for booking:

1st Deposit: An initial non-refundable deposit of $100 per room (based on double occupancy) is due at the time of booking. Trip protection is available for an additional cost and is also due when booking the initial deposit. The 1st deposit is due as soon as possible in order to secure a room in the block, as room types/categories are limited and room categories and types (at the contracted rates) are available on a first come-first serve basis. Guests are encouraged to secure their room as early as possible.

Additional payments are due according to the schedule below:

2nd Payment: The second payment of $500 per person is due by June 4th, 2025.

3rd Payment: The third payment of $500 per person is due by November 4th, 2025

Final Payment: The balance must be paid in full by February 4th, 2026 (no exception)!

Payment & cancelation policy:

$200 per room ($100 p/p) non‐refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation (plus the cost of insurance, if chosen).

Final payment will be due February 14th, 2026 (No Exception)!

Cancelations after February 1, 2026 without travel insurance will be non-refundable.
